- Standard shoe models that do not include any personalization.
- Standard shoelace models that do not include any personalization.
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Items marked as 'Custom'
- Shoes or Shoelaces that have been personalized with your name, wedding date, etc.
- Tag-less items
- Items that have been worn or used.
- Iron-On Decals or Sticker Items.
- Sample Items
- Items marked on clearance.
