Shoes don't fit? Order the wrong color? No worries! We offer exchanges on items purchased in our store*.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and service. If there is a problem with your item, we will be more than happy to work with you.
Please contact us before you send the item to initiate an exchange or return. Items returned without contacting us will be returned to sender.
We offer a 7 day exchange/refund policy from point of delivery. Shoes must be returned in their original unworn condition within 7 days of confirmed postal delivery All original tags must be attached to be eligible for an Exchange or Refund.
- Buyer pays for shipping of the returning pair and the replacement pair, plus a $5 exchange fee.
- Your replacement pair will be once again built with the highest quality possible in the same processing time time unless requested with a shorter time frame.
- If the order is cancelled prior to shipping, buyer will be refunded the full amount of their order within the first 48 hours.
- Orders that have been completed and then sent back to us in the afore mentioned time frame and condition can be issued a refund for cost of the item only, shipping costs cannot be refunded after the item has shipped.
- All orders of $25 or more that are returned for a refund are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount.
- Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Following these simple steps can help minimize problems with your order.
- Contact us with any and all questions about an item prior to purchase.
- Allow enough time for the assembly and delivery of your order. Remember all shoes are made to order unless stated otherwise. Need them fast? Purchase a rush fee with your order.
- Try on a pair locally. Most of our shoes use brands that can be found at your local shoe store.
