CARING FOR YOUR PRINCESS PUMPS

To keep your Princess Pumps looking their best, we recommend:

  • Spot wash, air dry only
  • We do not recommend placing your Princess Pumps in the washing machine or dryer.

Looking for more than one pair? Princess Pumps offers special group rates if you purchase four or more pairs! Examples include:

  • Wedding parties
  • Theatre productions
  • Dance recitals 
  • Pride or parades

Processing Time on Custom Orders

All orders, big or small, are handcrafted in the order they are received. The complexity of your idea will determine the speed in which it can be built. To ensure the highest manufacturing quality possible, please allow up to 4 weeks for your custom pair of shoes to be created.

Shipping

All Items ship AFTER the selected days on each listing or in the time frame set up in custom orders.  All orders, both domestic and international are shipped from our headquarters in Albuquerque, NM via the United States Postal Service.  Prices include the shipping label and packaging materials.

International Shipping

All international items are shipped standard via USPS International 1st Class. USPS Priority International and USPS Express International are available at additional cost. 

Strict limit of 4 pairs per order or a maximum of $400 total purchase price. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Princess Pumps is not responsible for any delays in customs. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

We take great pride in the quality of our products and service. If there is a problem with your item, we will be more than happy to work with you. Please make sure you order the correct sizing based on the shoe you are ordering to avoid any additional costs or time on you receiving your pair.  If you have any questions on which size to order, please let us know!


PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PURCHASE:

We offer a 7 day exchange/refund policy from point of delivery.  Shoes must be returned in their original UNWORN condition within 7 days of initial delivery only with NO EXCEPTIONS (so please make sure you are home when the shoes are scheduled to arrive).  The tag also must still be attached to your shoes.

Exchanges:
-If your shoes don't fit, we will exchange them for the corrected size requested. 
-Buyer pays for shipping of the returning pair and the replacement pair, plus a $5 exchange fee. 

Refunds: 
-If the order is cancelled prior to shipping, buyer will be refunded the full amount of their order minus the fees of 3%. 
-Orders that have been completed and then sent back to us in the previously mentioned time frame and condition can be issued a refund for cost of the item only, shipping costs cannot be refunded after the item has shipped. 
-All orders are also subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount.

NOTE: All sales are final for items listed as BARGAINS/CLEARANCE, YOUTH or any CUSTOM ORDERS with individual customizations(i.e. rhinestones, names, dates, custom sizing, non-standard colors or brands).  No refunds or exchanges will be permitted on these purchases.

All photographs are stock. The final product may be slightly different due to availability of shoes, materials, etc. Please refer to item descriptions for the most accurate product representation.
